Lifetime manufacturer material warranty applies to eligible roofing materials as defined by each manufacturer. Installation warranty covers workmanship as stated in contract. Useful life estimates are not a guarantee period. Coverage excludes secondary damages, structural issues unrelated to installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or extreme natural events beyond design limits. Full written warranty documentation is provided at contract signing.
